Middletons Holiday Park sought to modernise their operations and enhance the guest experience with a bespoke, high-end website solution. We worked closely with the park’s directors to craft a tailored website that integrates a sophisticated hotel management system, offering a seamless, user-friendly interface for both customers and staff.

The website is designed to accommodate various types of bookings, including campervans, tent pitches (up to six-person capacity), and static caravans, all through a streamlined booking system. A key feature of the system is its ability to handle auto billing for site fees, allowing static caravan owners to conveniently pay their yearly or bi-yearly fees without any hassle.

One of the standout aspects of this project is the custom-built software that eliminates the need for costly third-party management platforms. This has resulted in significant savings for the business, with a reduction in ongoing software expenses amounting to thousands of pounds annually.

In addition to the practical functionality, the website also serves as an informative hub for potential visitors. It is rich with local content, including recommendations for activities and attractions in Arran, ensuring that guests have everything they need to plan their stay.
