Caffe Crostini

Caffè Crostini is a newly launched independent café based in the heart of Glasgow’s West End. From the outset, we were involved in every part of the project, helping to shape not just their digital presence but their entire brand identity.

This was a full custom website build developed from scratch, tailored to support a fresh hospitality concept being introduced to the area. We designed a completely bespoke front-end layout, with playful and dynamic elements like crostinis sliding across the screen to reflect the café’s fun and welcoming personality. Despite the modern web experience, the visual direction remained rooted in traditional Italian styling to stay true to the brand’s heritage.

Behind the scenes, we implemented custom code that allows the café to automatically display the correct menu based on the time of day, giving customers a seamless and accurate experience whether they are browsing for breakfast or lunch.

Beyond the website itself, we were heavily involved in the full brand creation process. We designed the logo, advised on the brand colours and aesthetic, and even created the external shop frontage to ensure everything was visually aligned and made a strong impression in the local area.

To ensure long-term value and performance, we also introduced AI automation focused on customer satisfaction. This added a modern layer of support to their operations and future-proofed key parts of their customer journey.

This was a ground-up project, combining design, branding, functionality, and digital strategy to help bring a brand-new West End concept to life both online and on the high street.
